Job Title: PCB Reworker
Location: Fareham
Hourly Rate: £14-18 per hour
A leading manufacturing business in Fareham is looking for a PCB Reworker to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company working on high-quality electronic products within a clean and professional manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities for the PCB Reworker:
- Reworking and repairing PCB assemblies to IPC standards
- Removing and replacing electronic components using soldering techniques
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out corrective actions on PCB assemblies
- Following engineering drawings, work instructions and rework processes
- Ensuring all reworked products meet quality and customer specifications
The ideal PCB Reworker will have
- Previous PCB rework experience – IPC Class 3
- Strong soldering skills and experience working with electronic components
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience working within an electronics manufacturing environment
