Meet Abi

I’m a Recruitment Consultant in our Engineering & Manufacturing team, based in our Reading office.

I work on the delivery side, helping people find the next opportunity in their career. I love meeting and speaking with new people, especially finding out what drives them.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

I liked Orion’s culture and its ambition to provide a great service. I was drawn to the team environment and the shared drive to succeed for both clients and candidates.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

I enjoy supporting people as they work out the next steps in their career. Taking the time to get to know each candidate and what inspires them is a big part of that, and helping someone land their next role is really rewarding.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy music events, hiking and road trips with friends and family. I love meeting new people and making new friends!
