Meet Ashleigh

I work within our dedicated Gas Utilities Division, recruiting and onboarding new engineers and sub-contractors to work for our portfolio of Utilities providers across the UK.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

Having joined Orion after leaving education, my tenure working at Orion is a testament to the positive environment and opportunities to grow and progress with not just my department, but the wider company.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

The great relationships I have built over the years and the continued growth and support I offer to my fellow team members. Additionally, our team winning Team of the Year Award is also one of many achievements that I am very proud of.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

Working alongside the team and the thrill of successful recruiting and onboarding the candidates I work with.

What are your interests outside of work?

When I am not working, you will find me spending time with my family and friends, as well as traveling and overseas holidays.
