Meet Charlie

I’m a delivery consultant who supports people finding the next best opportunity in their career. I provide specialist advice to candidates to maximise their chances of making the best choice of employment. I also provide a smooth and efficient service to companies to ensure their busy schedules are made easier during the hiring process whilst providing the top talent for the vacancies. I work with all manufacturing companies and provide my service for all roles within the production process.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

I joined Orion because I knew what a great company they are in terms of culture, ambition and focus on improvement. The organisation has a great attitude for progression and success, and that is something that I value. They want to see you achieve.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

The best part about my job at Orion is helping people take the correct next steps in their career and supporting people through the process. Finding a new job is an important life choice and where you work is an important decision. I take pride in providing life changing jobs whether that be salary increases, better work cultures or dream opportunities.

What are your interests outside of work?

I have a passion for boxing and run my own boxing club. This takes place on evenings and weekends. I love recruitment and the constant aim for success, but I also carry this mindset into coaching boxing and enjoy helping people achieve their goals.
