Meet Chloe

I’m a Compliance Officer within the Utilities team, supporting engineers from initial onboarding through to becoming fully operational. My role covers the full setup process, including post-interview onboarding, data submission to clients, and delivering engineer inductions. I work closely with engineers on a day-to-day basis, ensuring compliance standards are met, audits are completed, and all requirements are maintained to support safe, efficient work across the utilities sector.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

I had previously worked in retail but didn’t find it fulfilling or rewarding enough, so when I discovered the opportunity at Orion, I knew this would provide me the opportunity to grow both professionally and my earning capabilities.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

Winning the Team of the Year last year and also winning Employee of Quarter Awards in the past.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

I love our team, we worked so hard to grow and achieved a lot in the last couple of years which is due to everyone’s efforts within the team.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work I love to read my kindle, going on walks with my dog and shopping.
