Meet Courtney

I lead a talented team of delivery consultants who support our clients across the South and Midlands. We work with a wide range of engineering businesses operating across the defence, automotive, aerospace, and medical sectors, as well as other specialist areas within the UK’s engineering landscape. We focus on delivering the technical talent our clients need to operate effectively and achieve their goals.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

It’s a true family‑feel environment that thrive on teamwork. Everyone works together, and I’m fortunate to now work with some of my closest friends.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

Winning Manager of the Year and Employee of the Year.9

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

I genuinely love my team, we work hard, play hard, and always lift each other up. The support, energy, and friendship we have means we’re constantly celebrating each other’s wins and pushing each other to be better.

I’ve also supported many of my clients for nearly nine years, building strong, long‑standing relationships. I’m committed to understanding their needs and helping them find the top engineering talent that keeps their businesses moving forward.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love going on holidays and travelling the world, reading crime/drama books and a good crime TV series.
