Meet Grant

As Managing Director, my primary role is to create and embed the vision, processes, standards, culture and overall belief that drive us to achieve our business objectives.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

I joined Orion in 2010, after eight years in recruitment, largely due to the influence of the then-owner Chris Benham, and the sales director at the time, Paul Ridley.

After meeting them both, I fully bought into their vision for the business and knew they would provide the professional development, challenge, and support I needed to grow into a better version of myself.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

My journey from BDM to Group MD hasn’t been without its hurdles, but every challenge has shaped the leader I am today. I’m incredibly proud to now sit at the head of this great business, and I’d like to think I’ve made a positive impact on many people along the way.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

The people I work with and helping them achieve their career and personal goals.

What are your interests outside of work?

Spending time with my wife, three children, and our dog Reggie is what I enjoy most.

We love going on holiday, eating out, and experiencing as many new places and activities as we can, both together and with friends.

I believe life is for living. We’re only here for a visit, and I want mine to be as good as possible, shared with the people I love most.
