Meet Jacob

I am a senior recruitment consultant for blue collar professionals within engineering and manufacturing sector. I work with a wide variety of companies from electronics to mechanical and everything in-between.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

I would say the great company culture attracted me initially, as well as the reach in the market and the tools and resource I am provided to help me succeed in my role.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

Winning Employee of the Quarter recently alongside qualifying for annual holiday incentives, which have been some amazing experiences. Additionally, achieving almost £30,000 in revenue in a single month last year.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

The people I work with, the daily challenges we face and solve make my role highly rewarding.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love football (Arsenal), going on holiday and travelling, spending time with my Dog (Dougie), watching films, walking and spending time with my family.
