Meet James

I run the Midlands Engineering & Manufacturing Team based in the Aylesbury office where I am responsible for supporting engineering and manufacturing businesses across the UK.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

To work with a business that supports, develops and rewards hard work and effort, and that has integrity at the heart of what it delivers.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

The creation of the Midlands Engineering and Manufacturing team, the culture we’ve created together and results we deliver for our clients.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

Working with the team and continuing to build a high performing team. Along with working with my long-standing clients and helping them to achieve their growth plans year on year.

What are your interests outside of work?

Football (still playing) and supporting Arsenal with my family. Spending time with my partner and little boy, planning trips and holidays.
