Meet Josie

I work in the construction team at Orion as a resource team leader, where I focus on sourcing and placing candidates into various roles across the construction sector.

I joined the business in April 2021 and I work closely with both clients and candidates to help match the right people with the right opportunities.

What attracted you to working at Orion and your reasons for joining?

I was attracted to Orion because of the company culture and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team.

It’s a great company that encourages you to achieve your goals and develop your career. The people here are fantastic to work with, which makes it an enjoyable and motivating environment every day.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

What I enjoy most about my role is the people I work with and the variety that each day brings. No two days are ever the same, and the fast-paced nature of the role keeps things interesting.

I enjoy speaking with candidates and helping them identify the right opportunities.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I typically spend time with my daughter, walk the dog, or embark on a quest to discover the best coffee. I also enjoy catching up with friends whenever I can.
