Meet Katie

In my role here at Orion, I lead the Midlands team which specialises in recruiting talent for a wide range of businesses within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, ranging from FMCG, Food Production, Heavy Industry to Aerospace, Technology and Pharmaceuticals.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

The progression opportunities, company benefits package and of course the people I am fortunate enough to work alongside each day.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

Securing the first Talent Partnership agreement with the Midlands team last year.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

I enjoy the variety of roles and industries I work across, as well as the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and source exceptional talent to support their needs. I’m also proud to be part of a close‑knit, supportive team that celebrates the small wins and consistently provides encouragement, collaboration, and a trusted sounding board.
