Meet Kaylie

I manage Orion’s utilities division, comprising of recruitment team, operations and contract and field management. Currently working with several of the biggest energy suppliers in the country, with over 100 engineers working throughout the UK.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

I joined Orion on a refer a friend scheme having previously worked as a recruiter in the healthcare sector. I loved the fast-paced nature of the utilities industry and although things have changed massively over the last 19 years, it’s still a fast moving and exciting industry to work in.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

Building a phenomenal team around, who are the most dedicated, hardworking and adaptable team anyone could wish for and they make me proud every day.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

Working alongside my team and the businesses we support on a daily basis. I am lucky enough to have worked with one of my clients for around 15 years, of which I have a fantastic working relationship with them.

What are your interests outside of work?

I am a self-confessed shopaholic and shop every Saturday.

Having no children and my husband and love to travel and we frequent the states annually where we both have family and Dalyan in Turkey is an annual trip, where we got married in 2022.
