Meet Kelly

I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist working within the Utilities team. My role focuses on sourcing candidates for our subcontract roles and supporting them through the full recruitment journey, from the initial conversation about the role through to induction and start on site.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

I previously worked on a cosmetic counter and was actively seek a new opportunity to where I could enhance my career and earning prospects.

When the opportunity to join Orion become available, I was delighted to have been offered the role.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

Achieving our team targets and winning Team of the Year recently.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

I love the team I work alongside and the achievements we have made together.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy good food spots, shopping and treating myself a little too often.
