What attracted you to working at Orion, and why did you join?

I joined Orion earlier this year after relocating to Aylesbury. Having previously worked for a similar organisation, Orion felt like a natural fit and provided the perfect opportunity to apply my market expertise within a well-established and highly respected business.

What stood out to me was Orion’s reputation within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors, alongside the opportunity to develop my career within a growing organisation that has such a strong presence across the industries I support.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

Recruitment can be challenging, but from day one everyone at Orion has been incredibly welcoming, supportive and approachable. The culture makes a real difference and has helped me quickly feel part of the team.

I also enjoy the freedom to explore new markets, expand my knowledge and continue developing professionally. Orion invests heavily in training and development, which has enabled me to build new skills while continuing to grow my expertise within the sector.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy playing darts two or three times a week and have a real passion for carp fishing, which gives me the opportunity to switch off and enjoy some peaceful time outdoors.

I also love travelling and exploring new places, but most importantly, I value spending quality time with my family whenever I can.
