Meet Louisa

I’m a Business Development Executive in our Engineering & Manufacturing team, based in our Reading office.

I work on the sales side of recruitment, partnering with Engineering and Manufacturing companies to manage their hiring from start to finish, right through to a successful placement.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

This role gives me the chance to connect with clients and understand how they work, who they are and how I can support them through the recruitment process.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

I enjoy building relationships with my clients and learning the ins and outs of their business, including what makes them passionate about what they do. Getting to know their people and the culture they’ve created means I can show candidates the real benefits of joining them.

What are your interests outside of work?

Fitness is a big part of my life, so you’ll find me on the netball court or in the gym most of the time. At weekends I love socialising with friends and family, trying new foods and activities.
