Meet Luke

I’m a senior recruitment consultant who up until recently, was focused on the Automation industry. I now sit in the Engineering Technical team, where I’m really enjoying learning about all the new companies and industries.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

I love working with people and building relationships, so it seemed to be a logical transition after the pandemic, where my previous career was so heavily affected.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

Surpassing my quarterly target in my first month.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

Building relationships and hearing the joy in candidate’s voices when they’ve been successful in securing a new role

What are your interests outside of work?

I love sport whether it’s playing golf, padel, tennis or going to the gym. On top of that, my time outside work is focused on spending quality time with my wife and son.
