I’m a Senior Principal Recruitment Consultant at Orion Electrotech, specialising in recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, production, quality, and supply chain. What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

I wanted to return to engineering recruitment, and Orion immediately stood out as a company with a strong reputation, clear values, and a genuine commitment to delivering quality. After speaking with the leadership team, it was clear Orion was head and shoulders above the rest. The culture, opportunities for progression, and the chance to work with a respected brand made joining an easy decision

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

One of my proudest achievements is reaching my 10‑year milestone at Orion, during which I’ve consistently delivered for clients, supported the growth of key accounts, and contributed to the success of our team. Along the way I’ve earned recognition through incentives, awards, and internal celebrations, reflecting the dedication and standards I bring to my work.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

I love the variety and the constant opportunity to learn. Recruitment allows me to build strong relationships, understand evolving industry needs, and make a real difference to both clients and candidates. No two days are the same, and the fast‑paced, people‑focused nature of the role keeps me motivated and challenged

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I’m passionate about football and golf, and I also play a lot of padel tennis when time allows. I enjoy spending quality time with my young family and love travelling, whether that’s exploring new destinations or creating memorable experiences together.
