Meet Molly

I initially joined Orion as consultant specialising in blue collar contract recruitment. Over the past 6-years, I have progressed to the position of Manufacturing Team Lead, where I work on shop floor roles primarily on a contract basis, while also specialising in supporting businesses with our “Grow your own” solution we offer.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

Recruitment was always something I was interested in, so when I was recommended to work Orion due to the environment and the job satisfaction on offer, I was captivated by the opportunity and the rewards available.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

Winning the awards at our end of year awards in 2025 which included Best New Client, Best Contract Consultant and the Employee of the Year in 2025 – which was voted for by my colleagues.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

The friendly and supportive work environment we have created and the rewards of the role that I get to share with my colleagues at both lunch clubs and annual trip incentives.

What are your interests outside of work?

Going to the Gym and spending time with friends and family.
