Meet Paige

I work on the sales side of the recruitment team, so it is my role to discover companies I believe we can partner with and successfully recruit for and sell our solutions to. Then manage the process throughout from job on to successful placement.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

The variety of the role, getting to learn about different businesses, what they do, who they hire, and how we can support them in this search to grow their teams.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

Really proud to sign up talent partnership accounts as this demonstrates the trust that’s been created over the time of hiring with them. Companies put their trust in me and the team to understand their business well enough to fill the requirements.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

Getting out on meetings, getting to know my clients, their businesses, the culture they’re creating, learning all those softer benefits that we sell to candidates.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy fitness mainly, with dancing being a big part of my background. Now that I’m not dancing as often, I enjoy going to the gym and sticking to a fitness routine throughout the week.
