I’m a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in engineering and technical roles, supporting both clients and candidates across a range of industries including manufacturing and industrial services.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and why did you join?

I was drawn to join the company due to its strong and supportive culture, where colleagues are encouraged to collaborate and succeed together. The business also offers a great balance of professionalism and enjoyment, with fun incentives and a positive working environment.

I was particularly keen to work alongside like-minded individuals who are motivated, driven, and share a similar approach to achieving success.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

I enjoy supporting my colleagues, particularly on challenging roles, where I can use my LinkedIn Recruiter skills to help identify and attract the right talent.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

What I enjoy most about my role is the variety it offers, working across both permanent and contract positions, as well as covering a mix of white-collar and blue-collar roles.

I enjoy the versatility this brings, allowing me to engage with a wide range of industries, clients, and candidates, and keeping the role dynamic and rewarding.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and getting out for walks, as well as spending time with friends and family and relaxing with a good coffee.
