What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

Orion had a clear goal from the outset. I understood the direction the business was going, and I could clearly see the role I would undertake to support that achievement, The support since I joined has been second to none, with everyone always willing to jump in and help you with anything that needs to be done. The team atmosphere and results driven approach has allowed me to succeed within my time at Orion.

What is your proudest achievement at Orion?

From day one, Orion’s vision was crystal clear. I understood where the business was headed and exactly how my role would contribute to that success. The support I’ve received has been exceptional. Everyone is always ready to step in and help wherever needed. The collaborative team culture and results-focused mindset have been instrumental in my success at Orion

What do you enjoy most about your role at Orion?

The greatest part of my role at Orion, is meeting clients face to face. There is nothing better to understand the client I am working with, the atmosphere and culture of a business I want to support, then getting out and seeing them face to face. Whether it be presenting to new clients or cementing relationships with current ones. I love getting out to see my clients!
