Tom Schwartz

Meet Tom

I’m a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Engineering & Manufacturing team, based in our Reading office.

I focus on permanent recruitment, and I enjoy building relationships and connecting candidates with clients, then seeing those teams grow. I’m competitive by nature and keen on supporting charities.

What attracted you to working at Orion, and what were your reasons for joining?

Orion has a long-standing reputation for engineering and manufacturing recruitment, and that drew me in. The culture within the business was a big part of it too.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, running and playing golf. I’m also a keen F1, football and rugby fan.
